November 8, 2019, Highwood, IL — In recognition of its outstanding achievements in marketing and communication, Street Level Studio (SLS) received six 2019 MarCom Awards in one of the world’s largest, oldest, and most prestigious industry competitions. The full-service creative agency located in Highwood earned the honors for print and digital marketing initiatives as well as strategic communications on behalf of its clients.
From a field of more than 6,000 international entries, SLS received a highly coveted Platinum Award for the 2018 home appliance catalog it designed and produced for Beko US, Inc., as well as a Gold Award for an integrated print and digital campaign promoting Beko’s energy-efficient refrigerators and cooking and laundry appliances. Street Level Studio also received Gold Awards for creating the City of Highwood’s dynamic new downtown streetlight banners and for the digital marketing of SLS’s newest design service, Beyond the Surface personalized and branded wallcoverings. Honorable Mention awards went to a landing page created for Beko’s Blomberg Appliances division and to the pro bono work SLS performed for the Highwood Chamber of Commerce’s new Highwood Design District initiative.
The annual MarCom awards are sponsored and judged by the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals. Judges review entries looking for “companies and individuals whose talent exceeds a high standard of excellence and whose work serves as a benchmark for the industry.”
